Feeds skin thermoshaping machines of various makes and models automatically.
It has proved itself to be indispensable in automating processing lines, automating the loading of frozen products with or without trays (pre-weighed I.Q.F.). A mechanism perfectly centres the trays on the thermoshaping machine. As far as pre-weighed I.Q.F. products are concerned the dropping system used gives perfect distribution in the trays with no waste or overflow and above all without the use of labour. In terms of worker reduction the following data are available:
the CD44 (3 trays) reduces the workforce by two, allowing the thermoshaping machine to work at full speed; the CD600 reduces the workforce by four ( for a production of 40/70 trays/minute).

Production Cycle
