Battering Machine

Automatically coats fresh and frozen meat, fish and vegetable products in batter.
The battering machine is completely automatic and productivity can be varied by altering the speed at which the conveyor belt moves. Its speed ranges from of 5 to 23 m/minute for an effective width of 250mm, 400mm or 600mm depending on the model.
The tank containing the batter is supplied with an extractable filter. The processing cycle is continuously fed by means of a pneumatic pump which does not alter product fibrosity. Although designed for industrial use it ensures that the original characteristics of the product remain unchanged. Ease of use, maintenance and cleaning have also been taken into account.
The product arrives at the conveyor belt manually or automatically. The inferior part of the product is first plunged into batter. The upper part is then passed between two veils of batter for coating. Before expulsion any excess batter is removed on the final stage of the belt. When flat products are battered any excess is removed by a supplementary blower system.

Production Cycle
