Now available in the food sector is Meta Meccanica’s one of a kind Revolving Flouring Drum machine that is extremely useful.
This machine has been developed to meet the need of processing those food products that are normally considered hard to flour. The product is inserted into the drum where a layer of flour stops it from losing its shape or coming into contact with the sheet metal. The amount of flour can be regulated.
The length of time that the product remains in the machine is determined by the speed of rotation and the inclination of the drum.
One area of the machine collects any lumps of flour or small pieces of product, distancing them from the cylinders.
The Drum is equipped with the most up-to-date safety systems.
The carterage system means that the drum can be completely dismantled and cleaned in very little time.
