Cooks fish, meat, vegetables, pasta and other foodstuffs on a continuous cycle. A conveyor belt immerses the product in boiling water. The water is maintained at the required temperature by a coil inside the tank, heated by steam or diathermic oil with thermoregulation. Cooking time can be varied by altering the speed at which the belt moves.
An electrical system raises the extractor hood and the conveyor belt giving access to all parts of the machine and also making it extremely easy to clean both internally and externally.

Production Cycle
The cooker can be supplied with a second product inlet in the upper part of the extractor hood.
The length, width and oil heating system of every cooker are determined by the specific requirements of the customer.

Models
The Cooker can be supplied in manual or automatic forms. The products in the cooking water are transported by two overlapping belts that rotate in the same direction so there is no risk of product abrasion.
