Flouring Belt

Machine for flouring foodstuffs on a continuous cycle with low emissions of flour dust into the working environment.

Flours fresh and frozen meat, fish, fruit and vegetable products. Productivity is regulated by varying the speed at which the conveyor belt moves. Its speed ranges from 5 to 23 m/minute for an effective width of 250mm,400mm or 600mm, depending on the model.
A flour tank automatically feeds the processing cycle avoiding waste and filtering out lumps or waste from the flour by means of a mechanical feed system.
The product arrives at the machine manually or automatically. Here it is placed on a floured conveyor belt and then transferred to the flouring section. Any excess flour is removed by vibration (suitable for most products) or a blower
system (suitable for more delicate products).
Although designed for industrial production it preserves the original characteristics of the product. It is easy to work, clean and maintain.
