Glazing Machine

Machine for coating foodstuffs with a thin layer of ice.

It automatically glazes foodstuffs, in particular small and medium to large seafood, with a thin layer of ice.
The revolutionary concept of this machine has enormous benefits of which:
-The immersion water always remains clear and free of impurities resulting in a glaze that is always attractive, transparent, glossy and impurity-free.
-Very low water consumption (max 500L).
-The ondulated “hump” floor of the tank means that products are alternately immersed and then brought into contact with the air. In one passage 20% of I.Q.F. product can be glazed. The water temperature of +2°C is achieved by using an ice-containing tray.
-At no point in the procedure do droppages occur so the product cannot be cracked or broken during expulsion and the glaze remains perfect.
-Cleaning is made simple thanks to a pneumatic system that raises the glazing surface and leaves impurities on the bottom of the tank.
-An optional feature allows the machine to function completely autonomously in terms of cold water supply, without connection to any refrigeration system.
Altering the speed of the processing cycle alters the amount of glaze.
The feeding system is completely automatic.
Different models are available in different widths and for different numbers of immersions.

Models
The glazing machine is produced in three main widths: 800, 1200 and 2000mm and each model can be equipped with 2 or 3 immersion “humps”.
